Cross Agricultural Engineering claims that its Tandem Tanker Range is built to the “highest standards by a team of dedicated engineers” using quality materials and manufactured in the latest high-tech facilities.
The tankers – which are rotary welded – are manufactured from high-quality 6mm steel with 12mm floor joint; they are mounted on a strong chassis with a bolted-on drawbar to increase strength, according to the company.
They are oven-baked in its state-of-the-art spray booth and galvanising is also available. The Kildare-based company maintain that a trailing show is available for all of its tankers.
Other features include a heavy-duty axle; 4 fill points; two coats of primer and two coats of oven-baked finished paints and a 10,000-litre pump.
The tanker featured in this video has a 7.5m Bomech Flex Trailing Shoe – which can fold-up behind the tank - and a Headland Management system.
