The young man, Jack Aaron Patrick, was due in court over numerous motoring offences.
This included two charges of dangerous driving. He was also charged with a failure to stop at the scene of an accident, which was damage-only.
He also faced charges of a failure to remain at the scene and a failure to report the accident to police.
He was due in Fermanagh Magistrates court last Monday, but missed his court date as he had to get his silage cut before the rain came. His defence told the courts of Mr. Patricks urgent need to get his silage in.
Mr. Patrick, Enniskillen, will now appear before the courts today Monday, July 3rd, after the case was adjourned by the district judge.
