Young farmer laid to rest

Ward Patterson was given a final farewell by family and friends on Wednesday, March 11th, in St. Aidan’s Church, Glenavy.

The young farmer, from Upper Ballinderry, Co. Antrim, passed away suddenly last weekend, as reported by us here.

The deceased was a former student at Greenmount Agricultural College and a member of Crumlin Young Farmers Club.

Friends of the young farmer described him as a “great young gentleman.”

Tributes 

Crumlin Young Farmers Club paid tribute to the young farmer in a social media post: “Today we laid to rest a true gentleman of the club.”
