Met Éireann have issued a status yellow wind warning this morning, for Connacht, Cavan, Monaghan, Donegal and Clare.
The warning was issued at 10 and this morning and will be in effect from tomorrow evening, Wednesday, June 13th, to Thursday morning 10am. The national forecasters warn that winds will reach speeds of between 55 to 65km.hr, with gusts are set to range from 90km/hr to as high as 110km/hr.
Winds will be south to southwest in direction, veering westerly. They will be strongest in coastal regions.
