Greencoat UK Wind is set to seal a deal in two wind farms in Tyrone and Liverpool, by the end of the month.
A major deal to the value of £105 million is in the pipeline for Tyrone-based Slieve Divena, along with Liverpool’s North Hoyle, according to https://renewablesnow.com/.
The agreement is set to be by the end of this month; August; through the credit facility of the Greencoat UK company.
The assets will fall under the hammer as advised by JP Morgan Asset Management.

The total borrowings are set to amount to £318 million, 27% of the gross asset value.
16,000 homes are set to benefit from the investment.
Based off-shore, North Hoyle is regarded as one of the UK’s earliest offshore wind farms.
It has the ownership of thirty turbines.
The plant is believed to have the potential capacity of 60MW.
The second farm, based on-shore in Tyrone has a capacity of 30MW.
Both will receive one renewable obligation certificate (ROC) per MWh of generated power.
