A Charolais heifer is to be raffled off next month by Sarsfields Camogie Club, Co. Galway.
The senior camogie club – which was formed in 1981 and consists of the parishes of New Inn, Bullaun and Woodlawn – is offering the animal as the first-prize as part of its fundraiser.
The first prize-winner can also opt to collect the prize value of €1,000.
Second prize is two nights B&B and one evening meal in the Clifden Station House, Galway, while the third prize-winner will receive a €200 voucher for CT Electric, Athlone.
Tickets are available to purchase for €10, a book of 6 is available for €50 – tickets can be bought here.
The draw will take place in Gallagher’s Ballyfa, on Friday, December 6th.
