Silage weather this weekend?

Showery rain along Atlantic coats will gradually extend to eastern parts throughout the afternoon (Friday, August 7th), according to Met Éireann.

It said that rain will become patchy overall, with a risk of an isolated, thundery downpour.

Brighter conditions with sunny spells will follow from the west through the afternoon and evening with highs of 17 to 23 degrees.

It will be dry, calm and mostly clear tonight with lows of 5 to 9 degrees; some mist and fog will set in later

Saturday – It will be a dry day tomorrow with warm spells of summer sunshine and highs of 18 to 23 degrees.

The national forecast predicts that it will be dry and mostly clear on tomorrow night with lowest temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees; mist and fog patches may develop across the south and west of the country.

Sunday – It will be dry and calm with warm spells of sunshine and top temperatures of 20 to 24 degrees, according to the Irish Meteorological Service.

It has warned that isolated heavy showers may occur later in the day.

Sunday night will see dry conditions under broken cloud with a possibility of some fog patches; temperatures will be in the region of 11 to 14 degrees.
