Gardaí in Dublin carried out a Mandatory Intoxicant Testing checkpoint in Dublin 15 yesterday, February 3rd.
As part of the checkpoint, which was conducted at around 12pm, the driver of a truck was stopped and asked to carry out a roadside breath test. The driver subsequently failed and will now face the repercussions.
The checkpoint was conducted by DMR Roads Policing.
