Gardaí stopped a driver of a tractor for using a mobile phone earlier this week.
The motorist was towing a Krone rake in Co. Wexford on Thursday (May 28th), when the offence was detected.
A FCPN (Fixed Charge Penalty Notice) will be issued, according to a post on Wexford Garda Division’s Facebook page.
“Please be responsible when you are using the roads and respect other road users.” the post outlined.
