Silage rake valued at €14,000 stolen

A silage rake has been reported as stolen from the Headstown, Castletown area in Co. Meath.

Nobber Gardaí is investigating the theft of the CLAAS 2600, which was manufactured in 2008 and is valued at €14,000.

It is understood that the item of machinery was taken during the course of a burglary from a shed between 8.30am and 9.00pm on Sunday (April 27th).

Appeal

In a statement on social media, a spokesperson for Meath Crime Prevention said: “lf anyone comes upon this piece of machinery for sale at a knockdown price or can help to get the item back, can you call the garda on: 046-9036100.”
