A county Cavan sheep farmer has appealed for information, after 28 of his sheep have disappeared from his land.
The sheep went missing from his land at Killicar, Milltown, Belturbet Co. Cavan in August of this year. The farmer, John Gunne, has appealed to the public for any information, as he is left clueless as to where his flock have gone.
The sheep in question went missing sometime from the farmers lands bwteen August 6th and 19th. The 28 were a mixture of Texel, Suffolk, Hilltex and Crossbred full-mouthed ewes.
The farmer has even gone as far as using a drone in an attempt to find them, but to no avail as of yet. They ewes were all marked with red or blue on their necks.
