The owners of Tullyear Charollais near Banbridge in Co. Down, have urged dog owners to show more responsibility, after their flock succumbed to a dog attack in recent days.
The sheep were attacked on Friday January 25th near Glenn, Newry, Co. Down. As you can see from the above picture, some of the sheep suffered significant wounds as a result of the attack. The owners of Tullyear Charollais have urged anyone with any information or who may have witnessed the attacks to come forward and contact them.
They also warned the people living in the locality to keep an eye out for further attacks in the future, whilst issuing a warning to dog owners to keep their animals safe and secure on their properties at all times.
