New date set for London2Mayo tractor run

Cancer Care Fund for Children has announced that a new date has been set for the London2Mayo tractor run, organised by Extreme Charity Tractor Runs.

The coronavirus pandemic has meant that the tractor run was postponed, having originally being planned for April 2020.

New date

In a social media post, Cancer Care Fund for Children revealed what the latest plans have been decided on for the fundraiser.

“The organisers of London2Mayo Tractor Run, which was due to arrive at our therapeutic short break centre Daisy Lodge this week, have sadly had to postpone this year’s event because of the coronavirus pandemic.”

“The Tractor Run will now take place in April 2021 and we will be the chosen charity. We would like to thank the London2Mayo Tractor Run committee for their dedication and passion for raising funds to help us build Daisy Lodge Co Mayo, a new short break facility for children diagnosed with cancer and their families in Ireland.”
