Members of the public played a key role in helping police locate a male yesterday (Sunday, July 12th).
The male was arrested after the PSNI attended the scene of another road traffic collision, this time at the Ballygawley roundabout in Co. Tyrone.
In a post on social media, a spokesperson for Police Mid-Ulster, said: “After finding a male hiding in the undergrowth nearby, another arrest has been made for driving with excess alcohol and for various other motoring offences including driving with no licence and no insurance.”
“A big thanks to onlookers who helped us locate this male and assisted our enquiries. Please never ever drink and drive.” the social media post concluded.
