Applications are now open for models for the Irish Farmer Calendar 2020, which first launched in 2010.
The calendar series was originally started by Ciara Ryan after being made redundant in the recession.
It supports Bothár - a charity that enables families and communities worldwide to overcome hunger and poverty and to restore the environment in a sustainable way.
In a post on Facebook on Sunday, July 14th, Irish Farmer Calendar said: “Last call fellas. Get your image in now to be featured in the 2020 Irish Farmer Calendar.”
“Photoshoots take place in Dublin and Kilkenny – G’waaan!!!”
Interested parties are required to email – email@example.com – with the following information;
- Phone number;
- A recent photo of yourself.
It has previously topped the calendar charts, beating One Direction; Conor McGregor and Justin Bieber and achieved international recognition with ‘Irish Farmers’ the book, published by McMillan in the US in 2016.
Christened “agri porn” by Irish television’s Ryan Tubridy, the calendar has received orders from the US; Australia; UK, Germany; Poland and France; Hong Kong; and South Africa, with an international audience hungry to see the charms of Ireland’s farms.
