A purebred Poitou donkey, which is a staggering 15 hand 2 in height and claims to be the countries largest donkey.
The advert also says the donkey is available for stallion services and ideal for mating quality sized mules.
He is owned by a man called Robbie, and was sourced from France as they needed a tall animal for their herd.
He told me that it hasn't been definitively proven he is, that he "has to be the countries biggest".
They have him since he was four months old, and Bob as they call him, is now in his fourth year.
His owner Robbie says though that they are not too stuck on the name Bob and has said they are open to suggestions, so get them into us!
Such is Bob's fame currently, that Robbie has even been contacted by Paddy Power.
One things for sure, he is truly huge!!
The ad also lays the claim of owning and having for sale Ireland’s fastest donkey, Lynchs Gang.
This claim doesn't come without ample proof, with the donkey having won 4 or 5 All Ireland Donkey Derbies in recent years. Back in 2013 Robbies says he was in the peak of his powers.
You could own one of their offspring for the low price of €150, sure who wouldn’t like to one their genetically advanced offspring?
Below is the countries fastest donkey who can travel up to a whopping 40 miles per hour!!
The donkeys currently reside in Newcastle West, County Limerick, but for anybody interested in meeting them in person you can do so this Sunday.
The pair of donkeys will be present at the All Ireland Donkey derby this year, which will be held this Sunday in Newcastle west in Limerick.
Visitors will get to see the fastest donkey competing and get up close and personal with Bob.
A prize of €2,000 is on offer for the winner of sundays Derby, with a performance from the JCB man Seamus Moore, it's surely not to be missed.
