The agreement has been called a long-term arrangement between the pair.
The deal is subject to anti-trust approval as of yet, but it has been agreed that material-handling equipment solutions will now be distributed through John Deere. It will although carry the Kramer trademark.
The deal has been welcomed by both companies, and John Deere say it will now enable them to offer dealers a broader range of material handling solutions, placing a stronger emphasis on arable, hay and forage farming.
The deal also enables Kramer to use John Deere’s market channels throughout Europe, Northern Africa, Russia, Asia and the Middle East.
The deal also includes a range of products produced by Kramer to be sold by John Deere. This includes telehandlers, compact wheel loaders and telescopic wheel loaders.
