The National Ambulance Service has been armed with new, special-purpose, specially adapted Ford Ranger vehicles for the purpose of the winter period.
In a statement on Twitter on Friday, December 13th, the National Ambulance Service, said: “These vehicles are 4x4 and will assist in the delivery of pre-hospital care during adverse weather conditions.”
