‘Big Week on the Farm’ has issued a call-out for farm accident survivors to come forward in a bid to share their stories.
Through the medium of video, the award-winning farm show from RTÉ will share numerous stories of this nature both on their digital platforms and on the live show.
The main motive of this campaign is to encourage people to open up to share their own stories, emphasising the importance of farm safety in their own self-shot videos. The videos are meant to be 'user-generated' so ideally, they should be filmed by the person themselves or someone standing in close proximity to them. The footage should ideally capture a headshot and be taken in landscape mode.
Entries should be approximately thirty-seconds in length with a quick introduction outlining the candidate’s name and location; videos exceeding this time-frame can be submitted, but it has been advised to share your story under a period of sixty seconds.
