A farm accident has claimed the life of a 5-year-old boy.
The incident, which is being investigated by Gardaí in Castlerea, occurred this evening (Sunday, April 5th) in the Tulsk area in Co. Roscommon.
It is understood that the child sustained fatal injuries when he fell from a trailer.
His body was removed from the scene and a post-mortem will be conducted.
