It’s not often as a police officer that 'moo' get a call such as the one received by the PSNI Craigavon team this morning, October 9th, who were called to a local health centre to deal with some unwelcome guests.
As it transpired, the team of PSNI officers were called to deal with a herd of cows, who had taken a trip to the Portadown Health centre in Armagh. The post was shared earlier today via the @PSNI.Craigavon Facebook team and has since gone viral due to its hilarity.
The team of officers said they arrived on a “scene of udder carnage”, with several cows found around the health centre grounds. They noted that no “calf measures” were taken, with the “steaks” very high.
Some officers recounted a feeling of “deja moo” as they battled to relieve the centre grounds of the unlikely visitors. The cows were eventually cornered by officers, who then “herd” what they had to say for themselves.
It turned out there was some ‘beef’ between two calves over a duvet in recent times, with both “Friesian”. Police officers eventually got things ironed out between the pair and the herd “moooooved on”. Check out the hilarious post from @PSNI.Craigavon below.
