A total of nine cows and six calves were stolen from a field in Co. Armagh over the weekend.
The nine cows in question were pregnant and the cattle were taken at some time in the early hours of Saturday morning, November 10th. They were taken from near the New Line Road, near Silverbridge in South Armagh.
Farmer, Claire Gregory, has offered a “significant reward” to anyone who provides information leading to the discovery of the animals. The calves were aged from 6-7months old and are calves of some of the missing animals.
The cows taken were Charolais, Red Limousine and Belgium blue breeds, with the calves also the same. It is thought that the animals were taken via a large cattle lorry or in two large cattle trailers.
Anyone with any information is urged to contact the PSNI on 101.
