A truck driver is set for a day in court after they were found using a mobile phone whilst behind the wheel.
The detection was made by Waterford Roads Policing Unit in recent days.
In a tweet, An Garda Síochána, said: “It transpired that the vehicle had no tax or insurance.”
“Fixed Charge Penalty Notice issued, and the vehicle was seized. Court proceedings to follow.”
