A motorist is set for a day in court after they were stopped by Gardaí over the course of the weekend.
Longford Roads Policing Unit discovered a worn tyre on a trailer that was being utilised to transport livestock.
The RSA states that all trailers must meet with Irish Road Traffic Regulations when in use in a public place.
