Bóthar the animal charity have launched their appeal for heifer calves but are asking for farmers help.
The heifer will be collected by bothair and the charity hopes to take in 50 to 60 animals during their call out. Every animal will go towards a family in the developing world.
The charity are sending the majority of their cows to Rwanda. A recent airlift carried many in calf heifers there. The animals provide milk and money for the farmers in developing countries.
