The Beef Plan Movement is postponing its national AGM, which was scheduled to take place on March 22nd, 2020.
The decision is based on public announcements made on March 12th in relation to Covid-19, according to a statement from the farm organisation.
The chief medical officer recommended indoor gatherings of over 100 people be cancelled and the Beef Plan Movement has stated that it will comply with the government direction on this issue.
In the statement, national chairman, Patrick Rooney, said the organisation will update members on further developments.
They would also like to assure members that all nominations and motions received will remain valid.
