There were increased numbers at Blessington Mart’s cattle sale on Thursday (May 21st), according to a mart spokesperson.
They reported that all classes were up by €20-€30/head on the previous week.
Prices:
- Bullocks +600kg – €550-€750 over;
- Forward store bullocks +500kg – €450-€680 over;
- Store bullocks +400kg – €420-€570 over;
- Store bullocks +300kg – €480-€620 over;
- Beef heifers +500kg – €550-€675 over;
- Store heifers +400kg – €420-€560 over.
