The Minister for Agriculture has admitted that 7,357 farmers are still awaiting GLAS payments.
The Minister gave the figures in reply to parliamentary questions in the Dail.
Farmers have been continually promised that payments would be made by the end of last year., However at current rates it will be April or later until all applicants are paid.
A county by county list of those unpaid was released. Galway, Cork and Mayo have the highest number of GLAS payments in arrears.
