On Monday (October 8th), bullocks pushed up to €870 over the kg - a LMX - 660kg - €1,530 (€2.31/kg), while heifers climbed to €805 over - a LMX - 535kg - €1,340 (€2.40/kg).
In other rings, weanling heifers fetched up to €600 over the kg or €3.00/kg, while a top call of €1,650 was recorded in the cull cow ring.
Moving to the sheep, on Tuesday (October 9th), lambs sold from a base of €110 up to a top call of €122, while old ewes peaked at €100/head.
Breeding ewes fetched up to €141/head while ewe hoggets realised €176/head.
