Kilmallock Mart’s first online sale on Monday (April 27th) was an “outstanding success”, according to a mart spokesperson.
The spokesperson reported that there were 18 buyers purchasing stock, with “many not on-site”.
The sale was conducted through LSL’s (Livestock-Live) website and app.
100 weanlings and bullocks were sold on the day, averaging €1050/head or €2.53/kg.
