The last few days were just super and the sun put a smile on everyone’s face so this weeks 10 ways is a summer themed one (yes we know its only spring but sure we got excited!)

1. The Farmers Tan

You know what Im talking about the arms, neck and head are burnt off ya, maybe even lobster red but the chest well thats milky white as it should be!

2. Tae in the field

When its hot you drink tea obviously! It cools you down and if things are going well you might even have it from a glass bottle, don’t ask us why that is as theres probably flasks everywhere but its bloody lovely

3. The cattle are out

You don’t have to feed them anymore, the grass is growing and going to look at the cows is a leisurely thing

4. A simple aul salad

Its too hot for regular dinner in the hot weather so you have a simple Paul salad with ham, lettuce, beetroot, a hard boiled egg and of course some cheddar cheese, its bloody lovely!

5. Your father takes out his straw hat

Don’t know where he was hiding it all year but out it comes and he’s like a sort of a cowboy meets scare crow in it but it keeps the sun off him.

6. The machinery gets a service

The haybob, the bailer everything you need this coming summer gets a good service.

7. The beach

You might just go to the beach with the family. Sure half the country are there too

8. Fishing

The stretch in the evening makes for some lovely fishing time, you might even get out on the row boat.

9.There's a whole bunch of fencing and gaps that need filling
Yep didnt even notice them in the winter but the cows spotted it as soon as they went out!

10. The stretch in the evening
It really is a joy you can do stuff in the evening now and it still be bright the day just got longer but all for the better
