Silage season 2018 is in full swing, with the windows of the tractors open and the tunes blaring in machines across the country.
Good news for all those who like a silage themed songs, Knots Down & Out, the Kilkenny band behind the viral ‘Fodder Crisis’ hit, have released their latest agricultural hit song, ‘Johnny’s on the harvester’.
Their first hit, ‘Fodder Crisis’, was viewed over 314,000 times on Facebook, with over 4,000 likes in total. Their latest hit is about a man called Johnny on the harvester and Jessie drawing in the grass, which was only released online on June 1st, has already been viewed over 8,500 times and even mentions the group's favourite hit, ‘Fodder Crisis’ by the band themselves and the legend that is Marty Mone.
