Keep it Country at Raphoe Mart

Trim Haymaking Festival
This event at Scurlogstown, Olympiad, Co. Meath strives to promote the cultural history of Rural Ireland and Irish heritage will take place this Sunday, June, 17th, 2018. A range of stands from traders and markets to activities a kids fun area will take centre stage. One of the main features of the festival focuses on the haymaking, which is conducted by hand or vintage machinery. Find more information here.
ROI Irish Dexter Cattle Group Munster Meeting
The meeting which will be held at Charleville Park Hotel, Limerick Road, Charleville, Co, Cork this Sunday, June, 17th at 2pm. New and prospective members are welcome to attend. As part of the agenda, attendees will attend a farm walk hosted on the farm of Conor Cagney’s herd, by kind permission. You can find further details here.
Gorey: All roads will lead to Clonattin, Gorey, Co. Wexford this Saturday, June, 16th for Gorey Agricultural Show. The fun family day out will include a horse show; dog show; live music; competition; arts and crafts. You can see some more of the highlights here.
Cork: The counties’ largest oldest and largest show will take place over the course of two days - this Saturday and Sunday! The event will take place at Curraheen Showgrounds, Co. Cork and will encompass a mix of agriculture; machinery food; horticulture and entertainment. You can find out further information here.
Galway County Show: The two-day annual event will also kick off on Saturday and will be held in dual venues including Duffy’s Equestrian Centre and the new venue on the Galway Airport Road (R339).
